New England Maple Sugar Hot Cocoa

Fruit-forward chocolaty-maple goodness. Made from premium single origin beans and New England maple sugar. This hot cocoa has chocolaty flavor notes, but the overall sensory experience is rich and vibrant with even more natural flavors because we never alkalize or use additives.  Most hot cocoa is alkalized, which means it’s washed with a solution of potassium carbonate.  This process allows the cocoa powder to dissolve in milk or water more easily, but significantly alters the flavor. NOT alkalized, which keeps the beneficial effects of drinking cacao. Product of the USA.
