Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
You may return most new, unopened, non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by our customers. Additional shipping costs will apply to any returned packages that need to be reshipped. We cannot reship returned packages if the chocolates are no longer in sellable condition (due to melting, excessive damage, etc.).
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS:
This Refund Policy may change from time to time. We may amend this Refund Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. We will not reduce your rights under this Refund Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Refund Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. All amended terms automatically take effect 30 days after they are initially posted on the site.
